7 snobabies. Once again, the results are beyond what we would have ever asked for.
I realized yesterday that we will not ever do IVF again. We will never do another egg retrieval. I'm not saying we were planning on a third attempt necessarily, but now we can officially rule it out. When we do frozen embryo transfer (FET), I'll still have to load up on the hormones, I'm sure, but we are done with the monitoring sonograms, done counting follicles, done with the trigger shot (I think).
Whether these current embryos stick or not, we will have at least 2, if not 3 or 4, opportunities to do FET. That is more than enough trying. If after all of that we are not pregnant, we will be at peace with closing the door.
